Mixed Martial Art

Mixed martial arts (MMA), sometimes referred to as cage fighting, no holds barred (NHB), and ultimate fighting, and originally referred to as Vale Tudo is a full-contact combat sport based on striking, grappling and ground fighting, incorporating techniques from various combat sports from around the world.

Judo

Judo in Schools is a pedagogic program that contributes to children's physical, mental and social/emotional development, and improves social safety at schools. Jigoro Kano founded judo as a structure for mental and physical education. His ultimate vision was to create a better society through the values of a sport.

Karate

Our aim is to bring the benefits the karate training to as many children as possible, helping them to build their self confidence and emotional skills so they have the chance to reach their full potential in everything they do.

Cricket

Cricket can be played for competition or for fun. Cricket is a good sport for developing overall fitness, stamina and hand–eye coordination. Cricket uses a hard ball, so protective gear should be worn to avoid injury.

Football

Football for Schools (F4S) is an ambitious programme run by FIFA, in collaboration with UNESCO, which aims to contribute to the education, development and empowerment of around 700 million children.
